I recently had an alarm fitted by the lovely Kane! I couldn’t be happier. Due to recent events of being broken into to, I didn’t feel safe. I arranged an appointment with ICU security and they came out the same day. Nothing was enough for this gentleman. He fitted the alarm in no time and ensured my safety was top priority. The customer service he provided was exceptional as he explained in full detail how to use the alarm system and didn’t leave until I was comfortable. I can’t recommend this company enough.

The chap I dealt with was friendly and very informative and after a thorough discussion regarding the services they provide and what options would be best suited to my needs I decided to proceed and booked in another appointment for installation.
